End of Tenancy Cleaning

Kitchen:

• Clean outside of all appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher).

• Clean stove.

• Clean and sanitize countertops.

• Wipe and disinfect sinks and faucets.

• Clean and disinfect the interior of cabinets and drawers.

• Clean and disinfect the kitchen table and chairs.

• Empty and clean inside of trash and recycling bins.

• Clean inside and outside of the microwave.

• Wipe and clean windows and windowsills.

• Sweep and mop floor area.

• Clean hard to reach areas such as under cabinets and fridge.

Bathroom:

• Clean and disinfect the toilet, including the base and behind it.

• Scrub and disinfect the bathtub\shower.

• Clean and disinfect bathroom sinks and faucets.

• Clean and disinfect mirrors and glass surfaces.

• Clean and disinfect soap dishes and toothbrush holder.

• Wipe down and disinfect light switches and doorknobs.

• Clean and disinfect towel bars and toilet paper holder.

• Empty and clean inside of bathroom trash bin.

• Clean and wash windows and windowsills.

• Sweep and mop the floor.

• Disinfect showerhead to remove debris and limescale.

• Wash and disinfect (inside and out) of cabinets removing all products and items.

• Air freshener is used to keep the room smelling clean and fresh.

Bedrooms:

• Wipe down and disinfect light switches and doorknobs.

• Clean and disinfect remote controls.

• Dust and clean light fixtures and ceiling fans.

• Clean windows and windowsills.

• Clean and disinfect all mirrors and glass surfaces.

• Vacuum and mop the floors, including baseboards.

• Empty and clean inside of trash bins.

• Vacuum and clean under furniture.

• Change bedding and straighten bedding.

• Air freshener is used to keep the room smelling clean and fresh.

Living Areas / Lounge:

• Dust and clean all baseboards throughout the house.

• Dust all surfaces, including shelves, tables, and decorations.

• Clean and dust all electronics and screens (TV, computer, etc.).

• Dust and clean all vents and air registers.

• Clean and disinfect all light switches and doorknobs.

• Vacuum and mop all hard floors.

• Vacuum carpets and rugs.

• Clean and disinfect all glass surfaces (e.g., mirrors, glass tables).

• Arrange pillows and make sure they are straight.

• Air freshener is used to keep the room smelling clean and fresh.

• Wash off marks and spots walls.
